Sunday 19th July 10am till 1pm

£45 per person

After booking you will receive a form to fill out and inform us about any mobility issues and/or allergies. The terrain is not fully accessible as it involves walking through uneven surfaces in the woods.

There is a free car park on site.

There are no toilets available nearby, but there are plenty of locations suitable for a wild wee.

Well-behaved dogs are allowed on the walks, but only one per walk - on a first come first served basis.

The event will only be cancelled in the event of severe weather. If it's raining but otherwise okay it will go ahead - please wear appropriate clothing and footwear. Long trousers/leggings and sturdy shoes/boots are recommended.

This is a quite relaxed walk and won't be heavy on scientific information and is suitable for beginners - I will teach you how to recognise common wild plants, how to cook and bake with them and how to use them medicinally.

  • Rules&Regulations

We will start the day with the boring, but very important bit - the rules and regulations that apply to foraging and we should know.

  • Foraging Walk

We will go for a walk in the woods learning about many of the plants in season - we will cover edible, medicinal and toxic plants and you will learn how to identify them.

  • Wild food picnic

To finish the day we will sit down for a wild food picnic with a variety of Wild Breads product featuring wild edibles in season.
