Our Story

Wild Breads Bakery is a multi-award-winning micro bakery based in Nuneaton, Warwickshire. Our story began in 2024, when we started baking from our tiny kitchen in our house in Camp Hill.

We work exclusively with sourdough. The magic of slow fermentation allows us to deliver tasty, healthier bread to our local community.

Wild Breads bakery combines our passion for foraging and our love for baking bread, bringing you nature-inspired hand-crafted wild breads and pastries.

As well as offering classic flavour combinations, we work with seasonal and foraged ingredients. Our aim is to make wholesome nutritional food more accessible in Nuneaton.

Our Values

We make real bread in small batches by hand. Our belief is that food should me made with real whole ingredients, without any UPFs (Ultra-Processed-Foods). What we put into our bodies should be nutritious and delicious.

Supporting local food producers is very important to us so you will often see us working with local farm ingredients like meat, fruit, veg, and preserves.

Here are some of our favourite local producers:

Standing Stones Kitchen - Sue makes the lovely red onion marmalade featuring in our Cheese&Onion Sourdough and in our sausage rolls

Poplars Farm - their farm fruit and veg often finds its way into our breads and buns - we love their pumpkins and strawberries especially!

Ingham's Farm Shop - for the best sausage meat - the star of our sausage rolls!

Beaudesert Park Farm - for wild venison mince which we use in our venison sausage rolls.

The Fold Granary - we love their organic heritage population wholemeal flours which we use in our breads and cookies.
